1. Request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”.
2. If possible, send the email from the address you registered with. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, state the email address of that account.
3. We confirm receipt and may, for security reasons, ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you.
4. Within 30 days we delete your data and confirm the deletion to you by email.

Signed in with Google or Facebook? We remove the link when deleting your data. You can also remove our app’s access yourself in your Google or Facebook settings (“Apps and websites”) – however, that alone does not delete your data with us; for that, please write to us as described above.

2. What we delete

• Name, email address, phone number and addresses
• Login data: password, two-factor settings, link with Google or Facebook
• Identity documents from the identity check
• Saved items, your questions to providers and information from error reports
• Connections to AI assistants and all active sessions
• For providers: the profile and all listings are taken offline
• For providers with a listing package: we cancel the current annual subscription, and it will not be renewed

3. What we must keep

We keep bookings together with the rental agreement, invoice, payment receipts, handover record and the associated booking chat for the statutory period of ten years (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations). After that, these documents are no longer assigned to any active account and are only used for legal obligations or legal claims. Reviews remain visible without your name.

We complete ongoing bookings or outstanding payouts before deletion – in that case we will contact you. Data processed by our payment partner Stripe itself (e.g. the identity check for the payout account) is subject to Stripe’s retention obligations.
