Role of the operator

Brainfuzz AG operates this platform as an intermediary between providers and renters or interested parties in the events industry. It is not a party to the rental or service contracts initiated via the platform. The General Terms and Conditions apply.

Third-party content

Listings, profiles, photos, texts and reviews come from the users of the platform. Providers are responsible for their own content. The operator vets providers before activation and listings before their first publication in accordance with the procedure described in the General Terms and Conditions, but accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of information provided by third parties. Reports of unlawful content can be sent to [email protected]; we will review them promptly.

The platform contains links to third-party websites, in particular to providers’ websites and to Google business profiles. Their respective operators are solely responsible for their content.

Copyright

The design, structure, texts and graphics of the platform are protected by copyright. The rights to content posted by users remain with the users; they grant the operator the rights of use described in the General Terms and Conditions. Any use of content outside the platform requires the prior consent of the rights holders.

Dispute resolution

For disputes between users, the consultation procedure under the General Terms and Conditions is available. There is no obligation or willingness to take part in consumer dispute resolution proceedings under EU law.
