How to get listed

    Create a provider account and confirm your email. It takes about two minutes.

    Create your listing

    Photos, description, rooms with capacities per layout, facilities and suitable occasions. You can reuse texts from your website.

    Review and approval

    We review the business and the listing by hand. You get an email as soon as it is public.

What is free — and what is not

Free (Basic): listing with photos and description, visible in search and on category and occasion pages, two enquiries per month with the name, email and phone number of the enquirer. Not in the Basic listing: your venue’s phone number and website stay hidden, and further enquiries are shown without contact details. Both come with the «Verified» plan at CHF 490 per year. We would rather say so now than after the third enquiry.

Why list?

  • Found by occasion: companies and individuals search for Christmas dinners, weddings, seminars or company parties — and by location and number of guests.
  • Useful enquiries: enquirers give the date, number of guests, occasion and, if they wish, budget and seating. You know straight away whether it fits.
  • Visible to AI assistants: listings are prepared so that ChatGPT, Perplexity and others can read and recommend them.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to list an event venue?+
The Basic listing is free for good and needs no credit card. With the «Verified» plan (CHF 490 per year), phone number and website are visible and all enquiries arrive without a limit; «Premium» costs CHF 890 per year.
Do you take a commission on bookings of my venue?+
No. Venues are not booked or paid through the platform. Enquirers send a request; quote and contract are handled directly between you and the client.
Who can list a venue?+
Businesses that rent out spaces for events: event venues, restaurants and hotels with function rooms, seminar rooms, barns, lofts and roof terraces in Switzerland. We review every provider before approval.
How quickly is my listing online?+
We review every business and every listing by hand. You get an email as soon as the listing is public.
Can I switch or stop later?+
Yes. You can move from Basic to a plan at any time. Plans run for twelve months and can be cancelled for the end of the term; after that the Basic listing applies again.
