How to get listed

    Register

    Create a provider account and confirm your email. We review your business and approve you.

    List your equipment

    Photos, description, daily rate, deposit, handover (collection, delivery) and availability. We review every listing before it goes live.

    Confirm enquiries

    You decide on every enquiry yourself. For the first confirmation you set up your payout account with our payment partner Stripe.

What is free — and what is not

Free: listing, receiving enquiries, managing your calendar. Costs: a commission on each paid booking; the rate depends on the category and is agreed when you are approved. Good to know: there is no platform insurance. A booking is secured by the deposit, the photo record and the liability rules in the rental agreement. For your first five bookings we pay out no earlier than 30 days after payment. We do not accept standard hire items such as crockery, glasses, cutlery and banqueting furniture.

What we handle

  • Payment: the hirer pays online by card or TWINT, the money goes to your payout account. No chasing, no invoices.
  • Deposit: held on the hirer’s card, not charged, and charged in full or in part after review if there is damage.
  • Rental agreement and photo record: agreement as a PDF for every booking, photos at handover and return as evidence.
  • Your own customers: if you add the booking button or calendar to your website, a reduced commission applies to those bookings. How it works →

How much does it cost to list event equipment?+
Listing is free. A commission is only due on a paid booking; the rate depends on the category and is agreed with you when you are approved.
What happens if something is damaged?+
Under the rental agreement the hirer is liable up to the repair or replacement value. The deposit is held on their card and can be charged in full or in part after review. The photo record at handover and return serves as evidence. There is no platform insurance.
When do I get paid?+
After the return we pay your share into your bank account. For your first five bookings no earlier than 30 days after payment, as protection against chargebacks.
Do I have to accept every enquiry?+
No. You confirm or decline every enquiry yourself. Nothing is binding until you confirm.
What equipment fits?+
Equipment for events: photo booths, grills and smokers, pizza ovens, mobile bars, light and sound, bouncy castles, refrigeration, special machines, distinctive event furniture and decoration. We do not accept standard hire items such as crockery, glasses, cutlery and banqueting furniture.
